purposes only (refer to house specific drawings), alfresco fans, rear landscaping, irrigation system,
front and rear timber patios, pergolas BBQs, out door furniture, ceramic pots, wing gate and side
fence (refer to fencing above) air conditioning, timber shutters to windows, window furnishings,
dishwasher, microwave, alarm system, wall paper & feature painted walls.
