Reporting Officers Summary of Offense/Incident:

According to Huck (W) he reported that Bogg(V) was shot, and died at the drugstore, by Colonel

Sherburn (S). As a result, the citizens gather up and went to Colonel Sherburns house trying to revenge

for Bogg. He reported that Bogg(V) is a fairly nice man he means no harm., and everyone in the town

knows it including Sherburn(S). Thus, the citizens got enraged and try to lynch Sherburn(S). Not only the

suspect shot the victim once, but twice which means that he intended to kill the victim. Bang! goes the

first shot, and he staggers back, clawing at the airbang! goes the second one, and he tumbles

backwards on to the ground, heavy and solid, with his arms spread out. To conclude, this case should

be a Felony offense to the suspect Sherburn and to be sent to jail for 20+ year.
