treated for cancer and we ask

your child is suspected of having

Fundraiser
Amelia and her parents will be
travelling to the United States of
America in the next few weeks
for a new form of treatment.
There will be a fundraising event
for Amelia on Friday 14th April.

Right Start Road Safety Training will take place on
Tuesdays 18th/25th April and 9th/16th May.

On Tuesday 21st March the Owl Man will be
visiting Reception Class.
On Wednesday 22nd March, Miss Bird would like
your child to come to school dressed as an animal
that would be found in a park or in the Percy the
Park Keeper books.
As part of Receptions animal project, children
have been asked to make a shoe box jungle (any
shoe box sized box will do!) and these should be
brought into school by Thursday 23rd March.

Thank you very much from the PACT
meeting
Thank you everyone for parking considerately and
safely in the Wychnor area before and after
school. At the PACT meeting last night, local
residents commented on how much parking has
improved over the past few years. It was
disappointing to see visitors to the Grasshoppers
parking on (and damaging ) the grass verges at
the weekend during the rugby event and
interesting to hear from the police officers that
other schools in the area are affected by parking
issues.
Parent Governor Election
We currently have a vacancy for a Parent Governor. We will
send out nomination forms in due course but please be
thinking whether you would like to take on this important
role in our school. Please contact Mrs Gregory if you would
like any information.
Easter Lunch
Please send in your forms by Friday 17th March for this
special lunch on Thursday 30th March.
