Global Equipment & Finance Inc. (Global) is pleased to provide the following information
on our refineries. Our state-of-the-art refineries fuse together new and existing technology
to provide safe, economic, and high quality modular refineries that produce high octane
gasoline, jet fuel, ultra-low sulfur diesel, and minimizing low value residual. Throughout
the world, particularly in developing and progressive regions, we are experiencing acute
fuel and energy shortages. One of the largest reasons behind this is the lack of local
refining capacity. Crude oil refineries are among the largest industrial investments a
country or company can make and can cost up to several billion dollars. Globals high-
performance, scalable refineries offer a lower cost alternative while maintaining the
performance and operational economics of a large complex refinery.

Upon Clients Direct Purchase of refinery we will manufacture, install and operate your
refinery on a Turnkey Contract while we train your staff on all systems. Our local presence
will insure your trouble free operation for many years to come. The refinerys ability to
refine any kind of crude allows for greater choice and flexibility in the future.

Scope of Project
Your new refinery will be an advanced, state-of-the-art refinery. Globals modular, scalable
design, and exclusive technologies, allows for fast incremental implementation for
seamless expansion and integration with future modules. The refinery can grow in capacity
and product variety indefinitely, making it capable of meeting all potential market needs.
This flexible and durable design protects the investment and the environment as it
eliminates the need for modification for new crudes and maximizes the economic life of its
modules. The refinery can be installed immediately at the buyers site or skid mounted in
complete modules. These modules and sub-modules are fully assembled and tested at the
manufacturing facilities in the United States prior to shipping for quick onsite installation.
Each refinery module can be installed and commissioned in less than a week after arrival.

Market Demands & Technology

We envision continued growth and demand for diesel and all other fuels, especially in
developing areas and regions far from conventional refineries. The Global exclusive Fuels
technology will guarantee strong demand for its low sulphur, high value production
maximization. Infrastructure at the site will house the refinery along with tanks,
administrative offices, laboratories, and maintenance facilities. Global proprietary
technology is among the most advanced in the world. We have units for Naphtha
Reforming, Desulfurization, and upgrading. Our technology lowers operation costs through
low energy consumption, reduced pressures and temperatures.
Energy Requirement & Eco Systems
An onsite power generation plant will power the refinery and the entire facility. This
eliminates the need for hookup to local power grid. Our Reactors Fuel will fuel redundant
or additional power stations required. All our refineries are Self-Contained. The refinery
will not be water-cooled and flare gas will be reused in the refining process to eliminate
waste. The entire refinery conforms to US EPAs standards for low emissions industrial
facility. Global is at the forefront of environmentally responsible energy solutions.

Global will engineer, design, and pre-fabricate the systems listed below. Global as an option
will use modules and skids to contain the process equipment. This refinery will be built
with the intent to be modular. The units shall include the process equipment as shown or

The Products & Services

Depending on clients requirements, products can be classifies as an environmentally
friendly fuels. The client is required to complete an API form reflecting the desired products
and the feedstock specification so Global can design the refinery to meet requirements.
Global Mobile Refineries are designed to allow for platform installation and removal in less
than 24 hours after initial commissioning and start-up.
