Quality Objectives
Circon have established a quality management system that identifies and documents all the systems and
procedures required to effectively complete a construction project from concept to completion including
the tender phase, pre-construction phase, construction phase, post construction phase, administration
and document control requirements.

The system has been established to achieve the following specific objectives;
- To complete projects in accordance with the approved / adjusted plans and specifications
- To complete the projects within the approved project budget
- To complete projects within the approved contract time frame
- To complete projects with minimal defects
- To complete projects in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards
- To complete projects in accordance with the BCA and the project specific Building Permit
- To ensure projects are completed with zero client disputes
- To ensure projects are completed with zero industrial disputes
- To ensure projects are completed with zero OHS Incidents and Zero Lost Time Injuries
- To ensure projects are completed with zero Worksafe Prohibition Notices
- To ensure projects are completed to the complete satisfaction of our clients
- To achieve a score of 4 or 5 for any Quality related items on the Client Survey

Circon are committed to improving this system by reviewing these objectives at regular intervals and by
the following means to confirm the companys overall performance in achieving these objectives;
- Annually via our internal audits and SAI Global annual certification audits.
- Tri annually during our Company Staff meetings
- Monthly during our Project Managers meetings
- Fortnightly during our Senior Management Meetings
- On a project by project basis at completion during our Project Completion Handover Meetings
- Via our Client Surveys completed at the end of construction and end of the maintenance period
