retail stock-broking facilities. Its services have increasingly offered customer-oriented

equal dedication and competence.

Purpose of Role -

To understand customer's financial goals, advice them on Buy, Sell or Hold strategy and execute
trade

Key Responsibilities -

1. Interact with clients to update them on research calls and advising them on asset
allocation within their portfolio and guide them on Buy, Sell or hold strategy
2. Keep abreast of micro & macroeconomic indicators, global & domestic financial markets
and impact on stock movements
3. Help customers to Execute trade online and place orders on behalf of customers

Desired Skills and Experience -

1. Candidate should be PGDM / MBA (Finance / Marketing)

2. Should have good communication skills- both verbal and written.
3. Should be able to fluently converse in English & Hindi/Marathi.
4. Should have a passion for a career in Stock market
5. Should follow in house Research Reports, Company news and track
company performance
6. Should have excellent knowledge of Financial Mgmt, Capital markets, Ratios,
terminologies used in stock market, IIP, SLR, CRR, GDP etc

Salary

CTC Rs. 2 Lacs to Rs. 5 Lacs per annum.

Salary Break Up
Fixed part - Rs. 2 Lacs. 2.5 Lacs fixed per annum
Variable Rs. 2 Lacs to Rs. 3 Lacs per annum).

Timings General Shifts

Selection process: - (elimination happens at every stage)

2. Step two: Written test (duration: 45 min), Content will be general aptitude and skill (Point
No. 6), mentioned above
3. Step three: HR round of Interview
4. Step four: Business round of Interview

Note -

For candidates willing to relocate from other parts of India, good hostel facilities are available in
vicinity of 1 km for 6500 per month (3 sharing) and 7500 per month (2 sharing). The facilities
include (3 meals per day, wifi, pick and drop and exciting facilities etc). First three days,
complimentary stay will be provided by the company.
