JUSTIFICATION

R.C. BELLA WASTE MANAGEMENT & DSIPOSAL SERVICES stop their hauling services
last December 31, 2016 and when they heard that their contract will not be renewed they stop
their operation.

The truckload may vary different volumes due to holidays i.e. New Year, Lipa City Fiesta and
also when the said contractor stop their operation, 7MG shouldered the voluminous garbage that
was not collected from January 1- 26, 2017.
