Analyse weekly RF reports and identify issues, route cause and provide recommendations to address Coverage,

Capacity, HO, Retainability, Accessibility and Availability issues

1. Trouble shooting LTE intra and interRAT RF issues, including UL Power Control, PDCP Timers, QoS, RACH, DCR,
CSSR, CCSR, Mobility, RSRP, RSRQ, utilization, latency and integrity
2. Formulation of new network performance improvement solutions, supporting product management with the
business requirements and providing system engineering requirements
3. Develop daily/weekly reports to Product management with the analysis of key KPIs, developing new summary KPI
dashboards which highlight the benefits of Optulinks solution(s).
4. Develop new system requirements based on product management business high level requirements for new
features. Assist with investigation of available literature, technologies/competitors and relevant standards, including
3GPP that the RF engineer needs to be well versed in
5. Support end to end testing and verification of new functionalities and regression testing of existing ones
6. Support commercial deployment and trials of Optulinks solutions
7. Extensive experience with Huawei infrastructure and at least one between Nokia/Ericsson with the ability to
provide details about CM and PM data from recent infrastructure releases
8. Support integration with above vendors OSSs
9. Support development and testing of e2e solution including Splunk, Optulinks core component and the CN
statistics collector
10. 4G VoLTE Expertise

What is a TTI?
TTI refers to the duration of a transmission on the radio link. The TTI is related to the size of the
data blocks passed from the higher network layers to the radio link layer.

2G KPI Monitoring after cutover for 2G Packet Abis conversion
Trx reshuffling plan preparation/ freq planning.
AFP implementation (Experience on Optimizer tool) and corresponding KPI monitoring.
Implementation support on modernization (swap/Upgrade) & pre post KPI monitoring.
Verification of Dump post creation of sites
Optimization of performance KPI post cut over
OSS KPI monitoring/analysis/optimization/acceptance.
Support for preparation of Final report and acceptance
Cluster pre post acceptance OSS KPI
knowledge/experience in the 2G from other vendors Especially Ericsson is preferred for parameter/KPI mapping
XML creation for parameter change or neighbour creations.
DT analysis for the Acceptance Documents and Submission of final report
