Dear Mr. Wilhelm

I am dissatisfied with the service you provided to my company; first, you changed
the lens with different frames. Second, you dont provide customers with easy uses
of cleaning lens. And third, the hinges are always loose in a few weeks of a month.

In less than five days, these glasses arent full proof from dust. My customers have
tried your glasses, but in a few days, the dust keeps coming. Its not only the dusty
lens, but the hinges were loose recently after my customers bought them.

I would like to resolve this issue in an easy way; all you have to do is buy the parts
we need to get used to your product. You can get screwdrivers in hardware stores
and you can also get cleaners in convenient or drug stores. In this way, we can
continue to work together.
