Announcements for Parents

3/28-3/31: SBAC Testing
All 11th grade students will take the English Language Arts portion of the Smarter Balanced Assessment (also known as
CAASPP) next week from Tuesday to Friday. The SBAC is an important state assessment that measures college readiness in
ELA and math for each 11th grade student. Wilson High School is following a block schedule on testing days, which applies to
all students. Please refer to the SBAC Block Schedule (above).

HLPUSD Summer School Late Applications

The regular deadline for summer school applications has passed. Late registration for summer school is available, depending
on the availability of classes. For late registration, the late summer school application must be used and applications will not
be accepted until after March 31. Wilson will post which classes are still open at that time. Late summer school applications
will only be accepted for open classes.

Parents of current 9th -11th grade students can confirm their students course SAT & SAT Subject
selection for 2017-2018. Course requests can be viewed in AERIES. www.sat.org
