INTERROGATION SERGEANT (JAN 2015DEC 2016). Conducts interrogations in accordance with U.S. Department
of Defense doctrine, while supervising collection, analysis and reporting. Trains and develops staff to ensure

development, training, health, and welfare of soldiers.

spectrum of conflict in support of combat commanders, with approximately 1,100,000 soldiers.

COMPANY OPERATIONS SERGEANT (MAR 2014OCT 2014). Serves as Operations Sergeant for a military
intelligence company with an assigned strength of over 120 soldiers. Responsible for the planning, directing, and
managing of all human resource competencies. Supervises and manages the processing and tracking of all
administrative/personnel actions, awards, evaluations, promotions, pay/finance, leave/passes/vacation, strength
reporting, and readiness of all assigned personnel. Acts as a representative in all administrative matters. Responsible

for liaison with human resources leadership while effectively disseminating pertinent administrative actions, awards,
and training documents to the Military Intelligence Company. Directly responsible for the health, welfare, and

HUMAN INTELLIGENCE TEAM LEADER (AUG 2011MAR 2014). Conducts responsibilities of Human Intelligence
Collector while supervising intelligence collection, analysis and reporting. Trains and develops Human Intelligence
Sergeant to ensure completion of mission directives and subordinate professional/personal development. Acts as a
senior Human Intelligence advisor. Responsible for the professional development, training, health, and welfare of
soldiers.

Collected, produced, and disseminated Intelligence reports during Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan.).
-Intelligence collection lead to the identification and capture of High Value Targets.
- Identified and developed human intelligence sources and conducted separate debriefings; resulting in the
answering of Priority Intelligence Requirements. Due to superior source development skills, several Human
Intelligence sources were transferred to United States Army Special Operations Command Task Forces.
Briefed International Security Assistance Force detainee procedures, while developing new detainee standard
operating procedures for a supported Task Force of over 100 Soldiers; resulting in a 60% increase in the
prosecution of Afghan detainees during fiscal year 2012.
Maintained accountability of over $650,000 of automations equipment and classified documents, transfer of
authority operations, as well as redeployment to the United States.

HUMAN INTELLIGENCE SERGEANT (MAR 2011JUNE 2011). Conducts and supervises intelligence collection
operations including, screenings, debriefings, interrogations to establish priorities for exploitation; triage and
exploitation of captured or confiscated documents and media. Identifies adversarial elements, intentions,
compositions, strength, dispositions, tactics, equipment, personnel and capabilities. Prepares and edits appropriate
intelligence and administrative reports; uses interpreters and manages interpreter/translator operations; plans and
participates in Military Source Operations; translates captured enemy documents, foreign language and open source
publications; conducts liaison and coordination in English and foreign languages with host nation agencies. Serves as
Intelligence Team Leader.

Selected as Primary Range Safety Officer for a Company of over 80 Soldiers


- Increased Company Rifle Qualification from 70 % to a 95% first time qualification rate.
Selected as Primary Instructor for Land Navigation Courses for a Platoon of over 25 soldiers. Resulted in a 20
percent increase in platoon qualification rate.
Selected as Motor Sergeant for a Platoon of over 25 soldiers.
-Developed and implemented vehicle servicing program that resulted in zero vehicle related service issues.
