SPLEEN : Normal texture

AORTA : Normal

KIDNEYS : Normal in size, shape and outline. Parenchymal texture is normal. Corticomedullary
differenciation is well. Made out and is normal. Sinus echoes are normal.

Right kidney measures 10.2 cm X 4.3 cms.

Left kidney measures 10.0 X 5.5 cms.

Mild hydro ureteronephrosis. No calculi in proximal/mid ureter. Distal ureter is difficult to trace due
to bowel gas

URINARY BLADDER : Wall thickness is normal. Luminar echoes are normal. No calculi

PROSTATE : Noraml in size and echo texture

No free fluid in peritonila cavity

IMPRESSION : Left kidney mild hydroureteronephrosis ? distal ureteric calculus.
