Objective My objective is to build a long-term career as an elementary teacher, and utilize my strong

dedication/skills to childrens development and to their educational needs. One way to accomplish this is
will be to seek out opportunities for career growth, and integrate effective educational technology.

Motivation My motivation in pursuing this opportunity is to support students and guide them into being the very best
they can be. I want to make a difference, and to never limit any of my students when it comes to their
thinking, abilities, creativeness, imagination. I strongly believe in providing a safe environment, where all
answers, opinions, and thoughts are welcome and encouraged. I am also motivated toward developing my
leadership skills, expanding my knowledge on innovative/technological tools to use in the classroom, and
working on my collaboration skills.
