We are getting missed response every month only in the DBA queue. Team should re
ally focus on this process and adhere to it strictly

Any ticket we need to move from OPEN to OPEN WORKING and then work on the ticket
.
P1 = 30 minutes (within 30 minutes you need to move the ticket to open working.
If you get any P1 ticket please call me immediately)
P2 = 30 minutes (within 30 minutes you need to move the ticket to open working.
If you get any P2 ticket please call me immediately)
P3 and P4 = 8 business hours (Within one day you need to move to open working. I
deally within 24 hours)
