-: Abstract :-

In this modern age we all are the aware of

the computer and its uses , so we need to understand
how the different type of records are inserted in the
system. If we get the logic of that then we can easily
insert , update and delete the record. In student
management system it will tracks all the details of a
student from the day one to the end of his course
which can be used for all reporting purpose ,
tracking enrollment , progress in the course ,
completed semester years , final exam results and all
these will be available for further references too.
 -: Definition :-

The purpose of the creating the system is for

easily entering , updating or deleting records . The
student management system . It can handle all
details about a student . The details , student
personal details etc.. In case of currently system they
need a lot of time , manpower etc Here , almost all
work is computerized . So the accuracy is
maintained . Student Management System is
managed by an administer to insert , update and
monitor the whole process .
The system has three main types of modules .
 -: Modules :-
Here , there are three different types of modules
an they all are following .

1.Student Record
2.Student Fees Record
3.Student Attendees

Different Different modules have own

different different types of modules .
 -: 1.1 Student Record :-

Overview :-
Here , there are total six type which are include
in student management system and they are as
following .
1.1.1 Introduction
1.1.2 Enter the student record
1.1.3 Display the student record
1.1.4 Show .txt file of student record
1.1.5 Search record by entering
Enrollment Number
1.1.6 Exit
 Here , we need to declare different kind of
column with a view to arranging the column in
actual form of table .

The columns name are as following :

1.1.1 Introduction :-
In this modern age people like to do work as
shortcut method . So this system main motto is that
enter the information without wasting more time and
insert as many as possible information in less time .
In this system we can easily insert record we just
need to give answer . It mean the system ask
question ( Name , Sr.no , Department , Enrollment
Number etc... ). We just need to give answer to the
system in one word .

1.1.2 Enter Student Record :-

In that case , system ask us some question and
we just give the answer of that particular question .
So , in that we can easily insert , update , and
delete the student record without wasting more time.
Example :-

1.1.3 Display Student Record :-

In this case , it will just display the whole record
which are insert by user . It will display the record in
table format which the user created .

Example :-
1.1.4 Show .txt file of Student Record :-
In this case it display record of student as it is
which is display in previous case , but the little
difference is there ( it will display the whole record
in notepad as formatted by user ).

1.1.5 Search Details of Student Record by

Entering Enrollment No :-
In this case the system it will ask for entering the
student Enrollment Number . In that we just need to
insert condition by Enrollment Number .
1.1.6 Exit :-
In this case the system ask user Want To
Continue Press (Y/N) ?? . In this we just need to
press Y or N . If we want to continue than press Y
and if we dont want to continue than press N .
 -: NOTE :-

1 ) The Student Management System all the

features can perform in C Programming
Language using Turbo C/C++ .

2) The .txt file not display the record of the

student in C Programming Language . It will
display all the student record outside the Turbo
C/C++ ( It will opened in Notepad ) .
 -: 1.2 Student Fees Details :-

Overview :-
In this type of system the system include the six
sub modules and those six sub modules are as
following .
1.2.1 Introduction
1.2.2 Enter the Student Fees Details
1.2.3 Display Student Fees Details
1.2.4 Show .txt file of Student Fees
Details.
1.2.5 Search Student Fess Details by
Entering the Enrollment No.
1.2.6 Exit
In this system , if we declare the different kind
of field with its name . It creates our system
impression good . And the all fields are arranged in
table formation . The fields name are as following .
 1) Serial Number
2) Student Name
3) Department
4) Enrollment Number
5) Semester
6) Fees Submitted
7) Fees Remaining

1.2.1 Introduction :-
 In this type of system we easily insert the
student fees details . Because of this system we dont
need to make a paper record book . We can easily
insert record of that without wasting much time .
In that system we just enter or insert the student
fees details . It will display the all the details in table
formation as the user or admin of system created .

1.2.2 Enter Student Fees Details :-

In this , the system ask the user to enter or insert
the record of the student . In that we can easily insert
or enter the student fees record in the system without
wasting so much time .
Example :-
1.2.3 Display Student Fees Details :-
In this , it will just display the record which are
the enter or insert by the user . Student fees details or
record displays all the record in the table format
because of displaying in table format it will create
our system personality as good as others system .
So , it will displays all record in table format how
the user created .
Example :-
1.2.4 Show Student Fees Record .txt File :-
In that the system will display student record of
fees as it is which is display in previous module (
1.2.3 ) , but the difference between this module or
previous module is that . This one display the fees
record of student outside the Turbo C / C++ . It
mean it display the record in notepad .
1.1.5 Search Fees Record of Student by Entering
Enrollment No :-
In this module the system ask the user to enter
the Enrollment number of student which the user
want to search . Enter those Enrollment Number
which are presented in the fees record shit . If you
enter the number but the number is not presented in
the student fees record than it never displays the
student fees record .
Example :-
1.2.6 Exit :-
In this case the system ask user Want To
Continue Press (Y/N) ?? . In this we just need to
press Y or N . If we want to continue than press Y
and if we dont want to continue than press N .

In the student attendance system , if we generate

the different different column with its filed name .
It creates our system impression good and also those
column are arranged in the table formation .
 The column name ( field name ) of table are as
following .

2.) Name
3.) Department
4.) Semester
5.) Enrollment Number
6.) Total Lecture
7.) Attended Lecture
8.) Average of Lecture ( % )

1.3.1 Introduction :-
In this kind of system we can easily insert and
enter the student attendance record . Because of this
system we dont need to do mathematical
manipulation every time . We can easily count the
average of student attendance without wasting much
time .
In this system we just need to fill up the details
which is ask by the system . After entering or
inserting the records . The system automatically
display the records of student attendance with doing
mathematical manipulation .

1.3.2 Enter Student Attendance :-

In that module , the system ask the user to enter
or insert the attendance records of students . In that
we insert the student record without wasting much
time .
Example :-
1.3.3 Display the Student Attendance Record :-
In this module it will just display the record of
student attendance which are enter or inset by the
user . The record will display in table formation type
. And it will display in the Turbo C/C++ .
Example :-

1.3.4 Show Student Attendance Record .txt File :-

In that the system will display student record of
attendance as it is which is display in previous
module ( 1.3.3 ) , but the difference between this
module or previous module is that . This one display
the fees record of student outside the Turbo C / C++
. It mean it display the record in notepad .

1.3.5 Search Attendance Record of Student by

Entering Enrollment No :-
In this module the system ask the user to enter
the Enrollment number of student which the user
want to search . Enter those Enrollment Number
which are presented in the attendance record shit . If
you enter the number but the number is not
presented in the student fees record than it never
displays the student attendance record .
Example :-

In this case the system ask user Want To

-: User Of The System :-

 In student management system the system
totally based n the user . Without that It not works
properly . In that user is created who is the Admin of
the whole Student Management system . The Admin
decide that hoe will the user of system or how will
authorized to enter , insert , update or delete the
records . Thats all thing are made by the admin of
the system .
In this system there are 2 main user .
1 ) Admin of system
2) Head of department

1) Admin of System :-
The Admin is the main user of whole the
management system because it creates whole
system . Because of that Admin of the system is
the main user of the system and also Admin is also
authorized for change the format of the system as
well as if the user want to insert , update or delete
the record of student in the system than Admin can
do that .

2) Head of Department :-
The head of the department is authorized for
entering the student record as well as head of
department also authorized for update and delete
the record by the main user of the system .

-: Scope Of The System :-

 The main scope of the Student Management
System is that enter the records of that student
without wasting not more time rather than wasting
time in create the paper record book . In that we can
easily insert , update or delete the record of the
student .
Because of this system we can store the all the
records of students in C Programming Language as
well as we can store all the record in notepad file
also . The notepad file we can only show the outside
the Turbo C/C++ .
Student Management System helps to the User
or Admin for entering the record as much as speedily
. This system also good at storing the record .
Because of the Student Management System we
dont need to make a large amount of paper record
book ( Register ) . We easily store the record .

-: Future Scope Of System :-

 In that system in future time we need to improve
or update the system features . Because of updating
the system features it makes easy to the user to who
insert , update and delete the record of student . If
we update the system it will saves our time .
The generation moving further than our system
need to update the features of that . In future if we
update our system as much as possible it may
become the user easily to handle it . The system
become the user friendly .
So , in future the system requires the update .
