To site a Medical Marijuana Facility in Westfield, MA in accordance to Zoning
Bylaws. Pros:
Ready to use infrastructure and utilities
Along the R10 bus line
More affordable than Site A
330 E Main St. 305 Ft from nearest residence
Approximately 2000 Ft from nearest school

Cons:
Too small of a site to grow
Special Permit needed to operate
Site must provide its own security
Needs to prove it will not have a negative economic impact on surrounding
businesses

This site provides adequate parking (about ten spots) along the west side of the
building while the front has a bus stop connected to the R10 line which travels
Zoned in Business B, which allows the use of this area for a medical marijuana from Springfield to Westfield hourly which provides regional access to the site. Our Vision:
