Yeah this is a known fact that not only unemployment and education effects
the health care system of a country alone, there are bundles of other factors
as well that can affect the health care system like poverty, corruption and
lack of adequate skill. But in my point of view the root cause of all the above
mentioned obstacles is the lack of appropriate professional education in
Brazil. Beside the 92% literacy rate of Brazil the unemployment is increased
to 6% in June 2013 as reported by the IBGE which is the main cause of
depression in the society. Due to such an increasing unemployment the
poverty level also increases and which has been estimated at 18.3% of the
overall population that lives below the poverty line. The 2nd biggest obstacle
in my opinion is the increasing corruption trend in Brazil and that is the main
cause behind the lack of proper utilization of funds. As far as the workforce in
Brazil is concerned so I also agree that there I am very low figures regarding
the workforce in the health sector but the Brazilian Ministry of health has
recently taken an initiative at the CFWI, The sector of management of labor
and education in health is tasked with formulating qualification regarding
training and regulation of the health care workforce and to foster
international cooperation in this regard.

The Dupont Hospital of Fort Wayne is one of the best hospitals in the locality
and having a JCAHO accreditation with a total service area population of
390,623 and the ownership of the hospital is a joint venture between the
Lutheran Health Network and more than 260 area physicians. Although the
major competitor according to the article is Parkview medical center but in
my point of view the service's coverage size and the overall size of the
Dupont hospital is greater than the Parkview medical center and this would
make this comparison a bit ineffective. In my openion The system like
Dartmouth Atlas data cannot be used efficiently to craft health policy
because according to Dr. fisher that he and his team would not be held
responsible for the misinterpretation of their data because the current atlas
data should not be used to set hospital payment rates, and that looking to
the care of patients at the end of life provides only limited insights into the
quality of health care provides to those patients which is not enough to draw
any conclusion. It is also a true fact that we cannot ignore its importance
because it provide us lots of information and different statistics that has
been gathered through lots of surveys taken by different professional
organizations.
