Aims: to understand cardinal directions

Objectives:
to check and improve vocabulary;
to practice the prepositions of place

Procedures: conversation, dialogue, explanation, exercise

Materials: board, notebook, worksheets, maps

Evaluation: initial through warm up, continuous through activities, observation, error correction, final through both oral and written feedback.

Warm up T greets the Ss and asks them how they are feeling.
(5 min) T tells Ss that they are going to learn basic directions about geographical location using T-Ss
prepositions of location. S-T
Activity 1 Ss sitting in a circle are asked some questions like:

Which way is north?
T makes a sketch on the board pointing the cardinal directions and asks Ss if they know what a
