PE 10 Self-Evaluation
During our PE class we have participated in a number of different activities, both indoors
and outside. Each lesson included a warm-up (either a game or a dynamic warm-up),
fitness routine and an activity.
Consider each segment of our PE class (warm-up, Fitness-15 and the activity of the day)
while answering the following questions:

While succeeding in PE can be exciting/fun (i.e. winning or completing a skill with


mastery), the primary focus for assessment in PE is on attitude, effort,
following rules, and meeting daily objectives. Above all else, our focus this
semester has been on GROWTH.

the mark youre giving yourself. This essay should explain:
1. How you grew/improved upon various aspects if physical activity and
wellness (i.e. improved scores during fitness-15, improved attitude towards
physical activity, ability to follow rules/expectations).
2. What kind of attitude you brought to the PE class and how it influenced the
experience of yourself and others.
