3. I was a medical student when the gangstalkers found me and chose to victimize
me. I am still under their torture but I am trying to spread the word about what is going in
order to be freed and so no other Americans are tortured. The external source of
electricity attacks the receptors and ionic channels which make up the
neurological/electrical circuitry of the human body.
4. The most important suspects and informants (who may know everyone else

Lieber Institute) used Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS or TNS)
(TENS) and programs like for remote access of the brain (e.i. With use of Skype).

5. Electromagnetic Warfare: surveillance signals by the, federal government

are being use for: 1. Espionage internally and externally of the nation; 2. Footage
taken of activity within the privacy of the home (possibly sold on the market as
pornography); 3. Tracking of humans without consent (making home invasions
more likely; and personal security difficult); 4. Once the target becomes
vulnerable they can use such programs as; MK-ultra, NWO torture, mind shark
and other torture tools
 6. They use the department of defence, law enforcement, j-pole and A2
antennas, MK-Ultra, mspy, law enforcement, and NWO torture software programs
to cyberstalk. They use a combination of codes from Facebook, Skype, mspy,
java script, web page cookies, pro hacking tools, and department of defense. The
devices and microchips may be used as explosives. Once jammed they may self-
destruct. High frequency radiation may lead mental disease and a greater
propensity toward violence.

7. Please investigate the following for prostitution or promoting prostitution as part

of a local, state and federal investigation into human trafficking, JAMMING PLANES; the
plane of Michael Pence, AND PLANS OF TERRORISM ( Jerome Edison already
imprisoned as involved member).
a. Resident of ABG Stephanie McConnell may have access to
radiation tracers). Edgewater, Md resident Matthew Mcconnell may record
pornographic footage (free for military soldiers and may include children). These
individuals may have been granted ID badges created by Airport staff (Angel
Johnson ,Josh Rodriguez, Jason Martinez, Steven Rodriguez, Steven Gonzalez).
These men may work at any airport including Baltimore Washington International
Airport, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and Washington Dulles
International Airports. Collectively, they may have entered these high security
facilities, including Fort George G. Meade in order to receive payment to allow
internationals / foreigners access to the military servers in order to enter the
United States of America more swiftly (human trafficking). They may have also
been in cooperation with Emily Jai Wei Kuo, Metropolitan Hospital, emergency
resident. Emily Kuo has already been placed on the Terrorist Task Force list
(Officer Aruthur Romaine Mt. Pleasantville and FBI Agent Mike Stork of Virginia).
Her father, Joseph Kuo, Taiwanese ambassador to Honduras, has been under
investigation for his possible role in human trafficking, sexual exploitation of
children, passport act violations, etc. Emily Kuo may have the required access
and power granted by the Taipei / Taiwanese Embassy in Washington DC, they
hired diplomats and private detectives ["The 10 Best Private Investigators in
Baltimore, MD 2017"] may have been the ones employed to harass me. Emily
Kuo was my roommate during medical school. After we had a disagreement and
severed ties, I became her targeted enemy. The affiliates of the above mentioned
parties have been using military jamming and spoofing devices to disable my
electronic devices, vehicle, and home security. This activity is highly suspicious
for espionage and terrorism. I request that I be granted access to a Defense
Advanced GPS Receiver (DAGR; colloquially, "dagger" ) to identify and track the
signals that have caused this destruction and block them.

and Daniel Flaherty manipulated me during my STEP 2 CK exam and Allison
