This is how the students internalizes the material
Split the class into groups of 3-5 and give each group a prompt
Act V scene 1: One person feels guilty for __________. Friends/coworkers
notices them.
Act I scene 3: Two rappers are working under the same level. One is told he
will get a promotion
Act V scene 8: Macbeth did _____________ to Macduffs dad. Macduff
confronts Macbeth.
Each prompt is a summary of three different scene including the one from the rap
battle
Ask the groups to make a five minute skit or rap *either or* and have them perform
for the class
Grade the students on how well the students connected their skit to the prompt
Conclusion/Final reflection (5 minutes or until end of class)
