Article 6
The municipalities shall specified forth a definite plan for management of municipal solid waste in
their respective administrative areas (hereinafter referred to as a municipal solid waste management
plan).
The municipal solid waste management plan shall include the following matters in regard to the
management of municipal solid in their administrative areas according to the Ordinance of the
Ministry of the Environment.
