Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400053 at 04.00 P.M. and concluded at 06.45 P.M. The Board
considered and approved the followings:

1. Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31 st December 2016, along
with Limited Review Report on the same.

2. Appointment and Remuneration of Mayuri Rathod as a Whole Time Director of the

Company for a period of five years w.e.f. February 6, 2017, subject to the approval of
Shareholders of company at the next annual general meeting of the company.

3. Resignation of Ms. Kajol Tak from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
w.e.f. February 6, 2017.

4. The Board took the note on Compliance done under SEBI (LODR), Regulation 2015 for the
quarter ended 31.12.201E.

5. The Board took the note on minutes of the previous meetings of Board and committees held
prior the date of today's meeting.

Business Activities. Business segment has been identified as separable primary segment in

(Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006, taking into Account the organisational and internal reporting
structure as well as evaluation of risk and return of this segments.
