CCURE 9000 ITV2 (DSC PowerSeries Neo) Intrusion Integration Release Notes

This document provides important information about the release of the CCURE 9000 v2.30R2, 2.4, 2.41,
2.42, and 2.50 ITV2 Intrusion Integration on both server and client machines. In case of discrepancy, the
information in this document supersedes the information in any document referenced herein.

This release supports:

CCURE 9000: v2.30R2, 2.4, 2.41, 2.42, and 2.50
The integration software: v4.6.1375.0.

1. Overview
The CCURE 9000 ITV2 Intrusion Integration software provides an advanced integration with the DSC
PowerSeries Neo Panel. Customers can monitor and configure ITV2 devices, hardware, and alarms from
the CCURE 9000 Monitoring Station and Administration Station.

2. Features
The following is a list of major features supported by CCURE 9000 ITV2 Integration:
DSC NEO Panels.
Synchronization from the panel on the following objects:
o Partition
o Zones
o Output
o Virtual Zones
Synchronization to the panel on the following objects:
o Partition
o Zones
o Output
The following actions to control the ITV2 objects from CCURE 9000:
o Partition: Arm , Disarm, System Test
o Zone: Bypass or Reset
o Output: Activate or Deactivate
Creation and application of Templates for the panel.
Alarm Filtering, Virtual Keypad, Audit, and Journal log.
Instant scheduling of Events and Actions.
150 panels in a single CrossFire Server.

4. Requirements
The CCURE 9000 ITV2 Integration requires the following software versions:
CCURE 9000 Security and Event Management System v2.30R2, 2.4, 2.41, 2.42, or 2.50
CCURE 9000 ITV2 Integration v2.30R2, 2.4, 2.41, 2.42, or 2.50 v4.6.1375.0

ITV2 Intrusion Integration firmware:

Keypad: V01.10.01.51/v01.11.01.13
Communicator TL280/TL280R: V04.11.04.31
DSC NEO Panel UA621 REV03: V01.12.01.13/v01.14.01.10

5. Installation

6. Upgrading the ITV2 (DSC PowerSeries Neo) Integration

To upgrade the ITV2 Integration from v2.4, 2.41, or 2.42 to v2.50:
1. Upgrade CCURE to v2.50.
2. Run the integration installer from Programs and Features.
3. Click Resynchronize.

To upgrade the ITV2 Integration from v2.3R2 to v2.4, 2.41, or 2.42:

1. Upgrade CCURE to v2.4, 2.41, or 2.42.
2. Run the integration installer from Programs and Features.
3. Click Resynchronize.

7. Limitations
UDF attribute of personnel is not applicable.
All event groups for one panel may have only one journaling option in alarm filter.
In the case that the CrossFire server is installed with a remote SQL, you need to manually
change the Connection Strings under the Database tab on the Server Configuration
Application window. For more information regarding this limitation, please refer to the
troubleshooting section of the CCURE 9000 ITV2 Integration User Guide.
