This time being one of the bureau of selling, I and my other friend prepared quite well in
terms of preparation for selling and baking the waffle. With the help of some of the members, we
set up the place early in the morning as early as 7.30 a.m. so that when the CAS period comes
which is around 11:10 a.m. we can quickly bake and sell the waffle. I ordered a table cloth from
the person-in-charge of the store as the table at the Orange House was kind of dirty. I realized
that what I did was I initiate the CAS project and work collaboratively with other members
to set up the place. And of course, to be able to communicate with the person-in-charge of the
store, whom I need to give a call and negotiate whether or not I should be given the audacity to

be using the colleges table cloth for selling had taught me to develop my areas of growth in
terms of communicating. Through this event as well, I had taught myself that sometimes
challenges that are quite hard in the first place, in this case, to make a call to borrow a table
cloth, though hard, it is doable when you have the will to do so.
