In 4th week I had two observation lesson with my MST and MCT. I feel that I achieved a lot
when I put two observation lessons in one week. At the beginning it was stressful, but when I
organized my lessons materials and lesson plans, it was more managed.
Regarding my feedback from my mentor, she starts up with the good things that I did for
students. She likes that I was familiar with students more than before. I notice that I take my time
explaining and I feel comfortable doing this. Students did like experiments in science, in this
lesson we cut the lima beans into two pieces. When my MST observed my performance getting
better each time with learners, she did ask me to do more things as she did. For example,
marking students, correcting students during class, and discussing the students mistakes
together.
One more point is that there were strong interactions with students. Students communication
developed than before. I observed that shy and embarrassed learners were highly getting
comfortable. On the other hands, my MST can see that I was on point which is focusing on one
question for the lesson. I think I did concentrate on the goal of the lesson all over the lesson
during class time.
All in all, the lesson was much better than before, and apparently, my MST can see the
improvement curve. Overall, I can say that the lesson was flexible and works as I want. Every
supplier was provided which helped me prepared well for the lesson. My MST helps, and young
learners were directly recognized my directions which make it easy for them and me to do the
activities and the work in the class like the experiment.
