Abstract During the post-crisis periodbanking industryas the fulcrum of strategic cooperation among BICS
plays a significant role in such fields as the settlement currencyinvestmentfinancing and the capital market
This paperon the basis of the three-stage SBM-SFA modelproposes a transition matrix method in order to make
an empirical analysis of the banking efficiency in BICS between 2008 and 2011 The findings show that there
exist statistically significant differences in efficiencystability and internal structure among BICS banking
industry Thereforein order to cooperate and develop at a high levelthe banking industry in BICS should
establish an integrated financial services network and handle appropriately the issues concerning co-competition
FurthermoreBICS is expected to strive to strengthen their international influence and discourse power as a
wholeestablishing a firewallagainst possible risks

academic circlepushing Mohism into a noted school of thoughtfor the second time in Chinese history Guo
Moruohowevercherished a totally different attitude toward Mohism with most of other scholars at that time
Insteadhe criticized Mohism in this ideological movement With a study of Guo Moruos literary works and other
academic achievements made by other scholarsGuo Moruos attitude toward Mohism has been traced here from
worship to criticism and it has an important and direct connection with pantheism
