Project Title: Wigs for Kids
Date: 3/29/17 Prepared by: Liz Anne Kennelly
Project Justification:
Want to raise money for the Wigs for Kids Organization to help children affected with
cancer combat the painful struggle of low self-esteem caused from hair loss. Families are
never charged for these wigs, and because of this, the nonprofit relies solely on generous
donations.

Product Characteristics and Requirements:

1. Hair ties: A pack of four hair ties are sold for $12.00. Six designs are available
for purchase, and 20% of the proceeds go to Wigs for Kids.
2. Donations: Donations are collected through the venom account and donation
page.
3. Awareness: Awareness for Wigs for Kids and the project is spread through the
flyers and Facebook event.

Product User Acceptance Criteria:

The project sponsor is not as concerned about selling a certain amount of hair ties, but
more looking for the project to raise donations. The hair tie customers are concerned with
receiving the hair ties they ordered and that it is delivered to them in a timely fashion.
