BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
My name is Danni Leigh Uriegas and I live in a small house in Spur, TX. I live with my
mother, Lisa Barron, and my step-father, Christopher Barron. I have one older brother attending
college at San Antonio A&M, a younger step-brother in 9th grade, an even younger step-brother
I am a junior at Spur High School, and have thus far completed studies in Algebra I and
II, Geometry, English I, II, III, World Geography, basic and dual credit U.S. history, and Biology
Chemistry, and Food Science. I have learned many application skills: Word, Excel, Access, and
PowerPoint. I have taken specialized classes such as Principles of Business, Child Development,
BIM I, Yearbook, and Principles of Human Services. I have improved my employee work skills
cooperation. Ive held office within extracurricular activities, such as Spanish Club. Through
various academic competitions involving public and on the spot speaking, I have improved my
communication and social skills, as well as developing the confidence for fluent public speaking.
My involvement in sports has improved my work ethic, work quality, and also proved influential
in the development of my hard working attitude. I have volunteered time and services to various
community and church activities in my church and volunteered with Meals on Wheels.
28, 2018. I intend to run track as a McMurry Warhawk, major in psychology, minor in business
psychologist for troubled and mentally ill youth in Abilene. In order for me to reach this success,
I believe I need a college study that focuses on the way people work, think, and how the mind

functions. I will also need work experience in an office-like environment in order to better-
prepare me for my working life after high school and open a window for better opportunities
I would be extremely grateful for this opportunity to develop my skills in the workplace
