WMS Elements in PM Order

Hi All,
I)
Will you pls explain the difference between three WBS Elements shown in maintenance order.
those are as follows:
1) WBS in location tab of PM Order (in a/c assignment screen area)
2) WBS in additional data tab (in orgnization screen area)
3) WBS in settlement rule
II)
Actually I want a BApi which can fetch all above fields but which bapi I have got it contains only two
WBS...so I am not getting 3rd one.....Please help...

1) WBS in location tab of PM Order (in a/c assignment screen area)


this WBS can be used for defaulting the settlement rule. This can also be set in the technical
object master data and the default can then be derived from there.

2) WBS in additional data tab (in organization screen area)


Here the WBS element can be entered for planning purpose. For example if there is a shut down
project, you can assign the WBS element of the project here and then this order will become
visible in the project planning etc. The value here can also be used as an alternative for settlement
vis exit.

3) WBS in settlement rule


This is to set the WBS element as the settlement receiver. This can be manually entered,
defaulted via master data settings in technical objects, or you can use the exit to generate
settlement rule.

You won't find a single BAPI or function module that returns all 3 WBS values. The settlement values
can be found in table COBRA/COBRB
The settlement WBS tell the system where to settle the order costs to.
I can't remember whch one of option 1 or 2 is used for the default settlement rule..
