THURSDAY
9:00 - 14:00 Presentation tools Prezi and Mindomo, and/or Edublogs; Activities, reflection and questions;

FRIDAY
9:00 - 14:00 Web Platform: Google Apps (Google Forms) and Kahoot; Group work, Activities, reflection and
questions; Developing an e-Safe classroom; Encourage students to be digitally literate as well as safe and

Tasks of the participant before, during and after:


I believe that the seminar is designed to offer an incomparable occasion to reflect about myself as teacher.
This is perfect for teachers willing to build a long and satisfied carrier and for experienced teachers willing to
modernize their approach to teaching. Teaching is somehow a mission, and being a teacher is a wonderful
job that doesnt often finish when you leave the school environment at the end of the day.

Course attendance

share our experiences in an international environment, experiencing effective communication
techniques, mindfulness and
creative management tools

The course has been created for teachers who wish to learn more about the use of IT and communication
technology in their classrooms.
Participants will take part in small practical group tasks which will show them how to incorporate technology
into their lessons to make them more effective and enjoyable. Emphasis will be placed on the most popular
social media (Facebook, Twitter)as well as on new Web platforms such as YouTube, Prezi, Google apps,
Midmodo,Edmodo and others among which students could choose according to their preferences. They will
also learn about privacy and the safe use of social media, student versus teacher roles and digital classroom
management.
By the end of this course, participants will know how to use social networking platforms and web 2.0 to share
their work, create groups, use free resources and apps, and cooperate with others online. As a result,
students and teachers engagement and satisfaction will be enhanced.

After the seminar


Ensure the validation and recognition of the competences acquired.
Recognize learning outcomes which were not originally planned but still achieved during the mobility.
Use Europass for recognition of learning outcomes.
Ensure that the participants will think about:
What their next steps might be
how they are going to proceed with those next steps

How they are going to know they have achieved success


Whether or not the method of learning was effective
Filling out satisfaction questionnaire (quality issues)
Reporting (Mobility tool+)
Dissemination activities (which include one or more of the following: workshops, glossary)

After the course teachers will learn how to set healthy boundaries to cope with overwork, how to regulate
emotions, how to use assertivity to respond properly to colleagues, students and families demands, and how
to maximize their strengths in order to minimize hurriedness and waste of time.

Competences to be acquired by the participant:

How to use different educational apps in class, providing students with the best learning experience.
Acquiring a general overview about the many educational possibilities of using educational apps and
the motivational dimension brought to the classroom when using them.
Being able to choose the most suitable ones according to students needs.

Mastery of social Media Apps: Edmodo, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter among others.
Games and Quiz Apps: Kahoot.
Apps to foster students creativity

comprehend, choose, recall and generate new ideas).

Monitoring and Mentoring of the participant before, during and after the mobility:
Monitoring and Mentoring will be held from both the sending and host organization on an on-going basis
and take appropriate action if required
Before the seminar:
Agree on a tailor-made learning or teaching program for each participant
Define the individual learning outcomes of the participant in terms of competences.
Provide any necessary information and assistance to participants
Establish communication about the requirements and the learning process between the participants and the
teacher.
These communications must occur in a productive and purposeful manner and should be carried out in a
spirit of openness and cooperation and should allow for participants diversity.
Before the mobility the project team will be supporting the participant in the selection and booking
phase
A few days before teachers departure the project team will contact the course provider via email to
ensure everything is fine
During the seminar:
Assign to participants tasks and responsibilities to match their competences and training objectives
as set out in the Mobility Agreement and ensure that appropriate equipment and support is available.
Ensure that the participants will think about:
Their own learning and thinking processes and challenge them to articulate the way they have gone
about learning
What they need more help to understand
How they might achieve better understanding.
Identify a tutor or mentor to monitor the participant's learning progress and/or offer professional
support.
Provide practical support if required including a clear contact point for participants.
During the course the project team will be available for receiving any possible problem indications
from the teacher abroad

After the seminar


Ensure the validation and recognition of the competences acquired.

After the course the project team will submit the participant a satisfaction questionnaire for quality
management issues. The project team will also assist the participant in the implementation of
dissemination activities
After the course the project team will manage the necessary activities to issue the Europass Mobility

Document and will assist the participant in the creation of the Europass Language Passport (self-
evaluation tool)
Before, during and after the mobility the project team will assist the participant in the reporting
activities to be carried out through the mobility tool+

Evaluation and Recognition of the mobility:


For evaluation questionnaires can be used to collect information from a team of teachers from school
and the headteachers from the other schools of the same district. What can we use them for:
Providing baseline data against which the performance of the use of the tools can be compared.
Comparing different aging groups of teachers at a given point in time.
Comparing changes over time in the same group.
Describing conditions in a particular group.
The course provider (receiving organisation) will issue to the participant a proper certificate in compliance
with the Erasmus+ specifications. It must include the name of the participant, the goal of the mobility, start
date and of the course.
In addition the course provider will issue and invoice o equivalent document to prove subscription and
payment of the course. It must include the amount paid, the name of the participant, the title of the course,
the start date and the end date.
The sending organisation will issue a Europass Mobility Document for the participant validated by the
competent authority.
The participant, on a voluntary basis and with the assistance of the project team will generate or update a
personal Europass Language Passport.
