1.0 Introduction

This document contains about the specification of Vivaa Company s . The contractors are
able to manufacture that which is expected by the clients.

2.0 Dimension Summary

The following table shows the summary dimension of the car. As a reference for the definite value
for the dimension of the car, the drawing package should be used.

Dimension Name Dimension value(mm)

Base width 122
Base length 200
Height of the car 97
Diameter of the wheel 73

3.0 Materials Needed

The following tables are the materials needed and tools required based on the drawing package

Materials needed
Item Qty Price(RM) Dimension(mm) Purpose

axles of the car

5.0 Construction summary

5.1 Sawing Wooden Block

Before saw the wooden block, the person who in charge must be aware on how the dangerous the
tool is. For the proper sawing technique, it need to be apply for the safety of the contractor and
ensure that the wooden block is in the correct dimension

5.2 Cutting

Before cutting, a proper and precise marking and labelling is required to be done by the contractor.
The object has to be hold still and need clean and fast cutting to ensure that everything is nice and
accurate.

5.3 Proper Drilling

For drilling, the person who is in charge needs to be able to drill the holes accurately according to
the design of the car. The drilled holes need to be accurate in order to hold the axles of the car and
fit with the size of the bottle cap.

5.4 Measuring

The eyes should be always perpendicular to the ruler so that can avoid parallax error. It will more
precise and accurate while measuring the length according to the dimension.
6.0 Construction Procedure

First, measure the wooden block and mark according to the dimension given.
Cut the wooden block according to the marking by using saw-blade
Use sandpaper to make the sharp and rough edges and surfaces so that it looks nice and do
not harm people
Drill two holes at the basement of the car to let the pencils to pass through
Stick the wood together like a wooden box by using nails to make it stick tightly together
Insert the pencils through the holes as the axles of the wheels
Drill a hole on each of the tuna can make it go through the pencils and apply a little bit of
glue on it then the wheels will move along with the axles
Try to move the car. If the car can move then the car is completed

3.0 Criteria Explanation

3.1 Experience
Experience shows us that self-awareness is more important than the concepts we
learnt. Tenderer should judge by themselves but not only depend on theories. Experience
and high knowledge in contracting is required for the building of this project.

3.2 Teamwork
Team spirit is one of the important standard to finish the project successfully.
Teamwork means the combined activity from an individual group. The contractors must
work with others as a team to face all the problems in this project.

3.3 Punctuality
Punctuality is the quality of being able to finish a work given on time or we can say
time management. All the team members should manage their time properly while doing
the project.

3.4 Communication
Communication can be defined as the exchange of data between individuals. To
have a better communication, all the team members must deliver their information clearly
and explain their project without problem. Secondly, all the team members should
communicate with English so that everyone able to understand the conversation.

3.5 Responsibility
Responsibility is the ability to finish a task independently and make the decisions
without others helping. The tenderer must have a good discipline in order to do the task
given.
