Over 23 years of experience developing applications as well as data acquisition and
conversion supporting engineering staffs proposal efforts. Extensive knowledge and use

HTML, and XML. Knowledgeable of all stages of development. Development experience
began with maintaining and supporting PREDICT, an in-house VAX-based radio coverage
prediction tool, moving on development and supporting RAPTR (Radio Analysis Prediction
Tool Repository), an in-house Windows-based radio coverage prediction tool to replace
PREDICT. Continued my growth by learning additional languages as we continued to
improve the efficiency of RAPTR, proposals, and reporting.

Harris acquired Tyco Electronics in 2009
Supported engineering department by creating Windows applications, scripts, and
data downloaders
Saved the company up to $10,000 per proposal (approximately 30 per year) by
creating database tool to allow dynamic searches of the FCC licensing database
Responsible for converting United States Geological Survey (USGS) terrain and land
use data to be used by RAPTR for national and international sales and engineering
teams

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER | M/A-COM ELECTRONICS TYCO ELECTRONICS |


2001 TO 2009
M/A-Com purchased Com-Net Ericsson and was then acquired by Tyco Electronics in
2001
Developed data exporters for RAPTR so clients could view data in Shapefile format as
well as other formats
Created an end-users Windows application for visual data editing
Responsible for converting USGS terrain and land use data to be used by RAPTR for
national and international sales and engineering teams

Public Radio Systems division of Ericsson was sold to Com-Net in 2000
Developed a proposal tracking tool that interfaced-directly with Word to
automatically create monthly reports
Provided customer support for RAPTR
Added data exporters to RAPTR so clients could view data in CSV format
Responsible for converting USGS terrain and land use data used by RAPTR
