I The officer identified by you viz .Shri S.R. Panda, AM may be deputed to the Kamataka
State Cooperative Bank in terms of the revised Scheme for training of NABARD
Officers in Cooperative Banks forwarded to you vide our IOM No.958 dated 25 June
2003
e The duration of the training, areas to be covered, selection of branches, role of trainer
bank, monitoring of training and status of the trainee officer as outlined in the revised
scheme referred to above may be adhered to.
Apart from the report to be submitted to us on a monthly basis on the progress made by
the Trainee Officer based on the reports received from the Mentor Officer, adequate
feedback on the utility of the training, cost etc. may be made available to us on
completion of the training for a review .
r The exact date on which the officer is deputed for training may please be intimated to us.
2.On completion of training of the above officer, you may depute the second officer to the
RRB, under advice to us.

your Officer; proposed to be deputed to our Bank as well as to DCC Bank. If the above
programme is acceptable, kindly confirm the same and the date of deputation of your
Official to our Bank so as to enable us to make necessary arrangements in this regard.

note that the dates mentioned in our earlier letter will be refixed after the report of the
