I am writing this recomniendation letter for Brianna \Mse. Brianna was an 80 hour

observation student from Ferris State University assigned to my classroom.

Brianna entered our room each time ready to leam something new. She was accepting

of all str*dents and their learning differences, and her lessons reflected the accommodations

needed to help all students achieve.

\Mten Brianna created lesson plans, she always created a learning target, and she

willingly shared it with the students, Students then focused on what could they do to achieve

the learning target.

She came organized and willing to help out each time. Brianna worked with students

individually and in smallgroups effectively. She was also able to assess student learning by

administrating running records.

It is my honor to recommend Brianna for a teaching position. She works to enhance her
