CAREERS OBJECTIVES
I passed my OpenStack Administrator certification in December, and will now be taking my RHCE before June 2017,
after this I am keenest to take the Ansible Automation, and the Config Management exams (EX407, and EX405) and
then the others for the RHCA Cloud path.

This team supports the Managed Infrastructure customers. This generally means the larger customers with their own
technical contacts, and so they require assistance architecting new solutions, and automating deployments, with
myself specialising in HEAT and Ansible templates. We also provide Openstack training to the other supports teams,
how to use Openstack, the APIs, control panel, and its use cases.

Take escalations from the Support Specialist, resolve and perform a root cause analyse. Write maintenance plans for
patching servers, from 50 to 600+, or upgrading hardware, or migrating servers. I would also write and deliver training

main priorities came from the ticket system, normally from support, this meant troubleshooting inaccessible servers, replacing

run cat and fibre cable for storage and Rackconnect networks.
