 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project is about is a study about who certain entrepreneur and why he or she does become
one, what factors influence the success of an entrepreneurial venture, and what types of
institutions best facilitate entrepreneurial activity.

The project also tries to understand that contrary to the standard result that most self-employed
individuals report earning less, they in fact consume more without any observable offsetting
(financial) costs and how the relationship amongst individuals in terms of prior employment
influences the success of a new business.

The project needs to be understood by getting a clear picture, motivation, Presence of mind,
Great Listening and communicating Skills, Optimism so as to bring about and determine the
success of any entrepreneur.

It covers theoretical discussion of the emergence of successful entrepreneurial organizations.
