RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING SHOPPING AS THE MODE OF

PROCUREMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR BARANGAY
USE.

WHEREAS, the Bids and Award Committee of the barangay evaluated the
canvas made by the Barangay Treasurer regarding the purchase of office supplies
for barangay use;

WHEREAS, upon thorough evaluation of the canvass made, the Committee

recommends SHOPPING as the mode of procurement for the above mentioned
purchases;

On unanimous motion and duly seconded by the members present;

RESOLVED THEREFORE, that the Bids and Award Committee, Barangay

Sawat, Camiling, Tarlac recommends as it is highly recommended to the Hon. Jesus
S. Santos, Punong Barangay, that SHOPPING be the mode of Procurement for
such purchases of the barangay;

RESOVED FINALLY, that copy hereof be furnished the Hon. Jesus S. Santos,
Punong Barangay for his information and appropriate action.
