Flyer this identity piece around town local businesses that will accept it (Laurie?)
o Contact the local Indivisible groups to build attendance for the event (Patrick)

Congresswoman Bonamici Townhall Monday April 17th @ 6 p.m. - details here

o Need to call congresswomans office to coordinate logistics where we will be (Patrick/Laurie)
o Need to contact other Indivisible Groups so we dont duplicate each others work (Patrick)
o Should all wear one color shirt - BLUE
o Create Red Disagree and Green Agree signs (both sides will have same message) (Bruce/Gail)
o Matthew will check with Youth in Government group at high school regarding their groups logistics
o Lets formulate some questions so we are all asking during the town hall
o Parking situation Carolyn will check highschool Anne will check with LDS Church lot

(near term) Matthew/Jean and John work on an EPA letter draft to deliver to Bonamici office

Discussion:

Delivery of Russia letter went well new people got to participate we are on the map with our congresswomn
Delivery of ACA letter went well same as above (story telling
o both need follow up What is the congresswoman doing to get out in front on these issues and be seen?
o possible need to get a joint statement from the Oregon delegation on Russia and ACA would be more powerful
and might make news
o likewise, how about getting the WA delegation to join in even bigger news

o detailed for really laying what we do
o we have samples and thoughts from:

Outreach we need to do this with more of a priority

o Always include outreach as an important part of any action we do together
o Reach out to moderates in the community how would this look?
