The Problems and Its Background

This chapter presents the Introduction, Background of the study,

Statement of the problem, Theoretical framework, conceptual framework,

Hypothesis, Assumption, Scope and limitation, Definition of terms.

Introduction

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle keeps us fit energetic and more resilent to

disease the choice we made in our daily habits, good nutrition, daily exercise and

adequate sleep are the foundation for continued good health managing stress

and positive ways. Instead of through smoking and drinking alcoholic recloses

wear. And tear on the body at the hormonal level for a heal their more

comfortable life and live up to it. Lifestyle is express in both work and leisure

behavior patterns on activities attitudes interest, options, values and allocation of

income it also reflects people self image of self the way they see themselves and

belief how people are perceive them.

According to Paul Bragg of March 2003 study published in age and aging

people who engage in unhealthy habits such as smoking, a poor quality diet, and

physical activity increase risk for premature health declined and death. Through

many factors contribute your overall health, diet in physical activity are leading

determinant of your level of health quality of life. The nutrition diet of whole

grains, lean meat, vegetables, fruits and healthy fats is necessary for weight

management. A balance diet also helps maintaining energy level throughout the

day. Regular physical Activity, which includes a variety of aerobics and strength
building exercise, prevents gain that can lead to a plethora of chronic conditions

additionally lifestyle habits such as not smoking and limiting alcohol intake

contribute to healthy life. Allowing your body to rest each day by getting amount

of sleep as also important to achieving a healthy lifestyle.

Background of the study

Good physique brings a proper sense of a person specially if every doing

more exercise and eating healthy vagetables here and able to think of someone

well. This task is not only to himself but for other people well, but why is it there

with this task? And why it should be done many people?

For us, need someone to do this task to prevent misery because of weak

imune system because today only rarely makes the proper exercise for most

people to get used to alcoholic so, they are able to eat right and consequently

they may experience poor health due to alcohol. Because today most of us for

getting to eat healthy foods and consequently us experiencing strong physique.

Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a health

body. It is the basis of dynamic and creative individual activity this quotation

from john kenedy .

Now, the purpose of these there is to introduce some of the basis

practices and guidelines of health lifestyle. Because every person his/her

physical health and abilities is unique. living a health their life. Can not only
extent your life.it can also improve the quality feeling physically better and having

control over were life can greatly increase the mental health as well.

The benefits of on athletes is how to preserve the health of a person it is

they can share the knowledge with those who are not properly protected by body

they can teach children now proper exercise and healthy food.consequently they

have helped their follow students.

statement of the problem

1. what are the demands of being a student athletes?

2. what are the things that students athletes must avoid?

Hypothesis

1There is no difference on demands of regular students and students athletes.

There is no difference on health and lifestyle of regular students and students

athletes

Assumption

Our research believe that the development assessment of health and lifestyle of

All athletes of G-11 is much needed and they can get a benefits from these.

Scope and Limitation

This study will be conduct different interview every student some of the students

specially, student athletes were not the same by some regular student by much
productive healthier and aggressive than some regular students, but they took

specific time to attend their subjects

This research focus on always doing of G-11 athletes and if how to maintain the

students in the physical activities. And this study focus on some athletes will

require a serious time commitment to complete on each daily training for

conditioning play activities.

Definition of terms

Lifestyle: a particular way of living the way of a person lives or a group of people

live.

Plethora: a very large amount of number an amount that is much greater than is

necessary.

Chronic: continuing occurring again and again for a long time.

Premature: happening too soon or earlier than before the normal time

Adequate: enough for some need or requirement.

Resilient: an able to become strong healthy or successful again after something

bad happens.

Theoretical framework

Most people think that living a healthy lifestyle is a challenge.When you look at

the super fit and healthy people out there, it can seem almost impossible to get

what they have. Six pack abs and a 100-year lifespan appear out of reach to

normal" individuals. But achieving those levels of health and fitness is really just

about engaging in healthy behaviors on a routine basis .

Chapter 2

This chapter presents the research and design, subject of the study, setting of

the study, resources of data and procedure of the study.

Research and Design

the data are collected. In this study, data were collected at Morong National

High School area, computer shop and library. Although during the interview of

some students and gathering some information are difficult we accomplished

our project as well.

The research instrument used in this study What are their daily routine as an

athlete?, How they did balance This study made used of descriptive method

which is design for the researchers to gather information about present existing

conditions in the chosen field of study. This method entitles the researchers to

interpret the theoretical of the finding and hyphothesis development for furtheer

studies.

Descriptive research descrives and interpret what is it concerned with condition

of relationship that exist practices that prevail beliefs processes that are going on
effects that are being felt, or trends that are developing the process of descriptive

goes beyond more gathering and tabulation of data. it involves the elements the

elements or interpretation of the meaning of significant of what is descrive. Thus,

description is often that combine with comparison and contrast envolving

measurements, classification, interpretation and evaluation.

Subject of the study

Since the study required just a group students to undergo experimentation simple

random technique utilizing fisbowl method was applied for the selection of the

respondents now group according to their abilities. Heaving in mind that five

students for each group will represents each learning abilities.

Before the experiments the respondents were given an orientation as to how the

study will undergo its processess especially the goupings as well as the used of

the modular approach. The experiment lasted for three weeks with the

researches handly the three intact groups. The class met twice a week with one

and one half hour meeting.

Setting of the study


The research setting refers to the place where their being students and as an

athletes. The questioner was a tool used by the researcher to collect data.

The questioner was composed of question that would determine the instructurs

socio demographic profiles and questions that focus on the strategies they used

and teaching.

Procedure of Study

The study was conducted for two weeks. The first week was spent for validation

of bilingual lessons and item analysis to test the reliability and validity. We

gathered information in some student athletes and individually assigned in

different site of school for interviewing of athletes students.
