From the first day of class, Olivia impressed me with her ability to be articulate about difficult concepts and texts, her sensitivity to the nuances within our government and economy, and her passion for the topics at hand. She has produced extraordinary projects ranging from The Bill of Rights, Forms of Government, the Electign Process and the candidate’s platforms to remaining open minded and empathetic to other causes. She demonstrated the same tenacity in Economics. Olivia is a very determined young lady. After suffering from a horrible accident she remained diligent with her studies, always turning in quality work. She kept a positive attitude trough-out her recovery, which became an inspiration for others. She is an insightful, sensitive, and deeply self-aware individual driven by the desire for a deeper understanding of life and humanity. Olivia also has participated in extra-curricular activities. She participated in tennis and was very involved in her youth group at church. She has volunteered to help those in need and has given several hours of her time contributing to service learning projects within the community.
