Routine office work will vary from day. The job of the secretary is to make
possible that all the work and information will arrive to its destination on time.
To do this the secretary will have to save money and time for herself and the
company. This is how being efficient in time/costs saving will make her work a
profitable one. The following steps are tools that will make her job easier.
Quality. The goal of preparing a quality work is to share the best information
in an accurate, complete and short way.
Selection. First start with the instructions given by your boss. Learn how to
use the fastest writing methods that your company offers (computer software)
and slect the computer program you are more familiar with in order to make
things faster. To select also involves decision marking processes and this
are very important in a secretarys personality.
Seleccin. Primero comience con las instrucciones dadas por su jefe. Aprenda

(software de computadora) y seleccione el programa de computadora que est
ms familiarizado con el fin de hacer las cosas ms rpido. "Seleccionar"

Recordatorios:
La secretaria debe preparar los recordatorios para un periodo corto de tiempo,
estos deben estar en una agenda diaria o en un calendario mensual.
La agenda.
Este recordatorio se hace en una hoja que corresponde a las tareas de un dia o
puntos a discutir en una reunin, tiene divisiones con un horario. La secretaria
escribe las reuniones y tareas que su jefe y ella deben realizar.
El calendario mensual.
Ha sido elaborado para recordar el trabajo que se debe hacer dentro de un
mes. El mismo incluye tambin trabajos que necesitan mas tiempo de
elaboracin como viajes, reuniones, congresos, etc.

This reminder is done on a sheet that corresponds to the tasks of a day or

writes the meetings and tasks that her boss and she must do.
There are some reminders that are called "Tracking System". Monitoring
systems (also called "back control") are methods or reminders of tasks that are
resolved indefinitely. These serve to control outstanding issues over the course
of the year and require periodic reviews. These issues deserve special attention
from the head and the secretary, and both should review their agendas and
issues that have not yet been resolved.
