Introduction- Design Task

Task Specific Clarification

Design cycle:
 There are 4 stages in the design cycle Inquiring and
Analyzing, Developing Ideas,Creating the Solution and the last
Evaluating which go in an orderly manner and if there is an problem in
the end we go back and restart through the cycle.

In the first stage, Inquiring and Analyzing we Explain and

Justify the need for the solution.Then identify , conduct my research ,
Analyze other similar existing products and conduct a design brief. This
will give me a brief understanding on what I should do and will prepare
us for the future stages. Here we also decide and make a design brief.

In the second stage, Developing Ideas we make a specification

for the product which tells us about the specs of the product, we them
develop ideas for the product and select the chosen design and refine it
and then make the final design.

In the third stage, Creating the Solution we construct the plan

to create the solution. Then we demonstrate the skills needed and then
follow the plan to create the solution.Then in the end we just the need for
changes to the solution.

In the fourth stage, Evaluating we talk about the solution and

changes to the solution. We talk about the impact and how we can
improve it. We evaluate the success of solution and design other testing
methods.

The extinct religions are being forgotten by the people and many of their
wonderful cultures are lost.

Task 1-Design Need

Justify the need for a solution to this problem? Explain your point of
view
A religion tells us about the culture of the people and the peoples was of
life.Their ethics can help us greatly and tell us how we changed. This can
also help us track down events so that we know where mistakes occurred
and how we can correct them.
Specify your client/target audience.

My target audience is the public who are going to access the solution. I
want to make it accessible to everyone but mainly the younger
generation so that they will be exposed to all sorts of cultures.

Task 2-Research Plan (Mind map)

State a research plan to develop a solution to the problem.

What we need to learn from the research

I have learned a lot of information I was not familiar with before.

Culture, customs and traditions are passed on from one generation to
another.When we fail to acquire this information we move onto other
beliefs knowingly or unknowingly.There are many reasons for religion
and tradition to go extinct which can be due to beliefs which are rigid.It is
also be because of resistance from other religions due to enemity. Jews is
a culture which is an example of this which has been attacked by
religions and leaders like Hitler and many more.
During my secondary research where I asked other people if they wanted
to know about the culture of jews, Many people were interested

Culture is the tradition of a
particular group of people in a

demonstrate cultural heritage.
These change according to the
religion and tradition.Muslims
may prefer going to Mecca as a
holy pilgrimage while Hindus
may prefer going to Tirupati.

can be used to interact at a
larger level. Before design had
innovated there were few ways
 to communicate but with
design we can make the
information more available to
the people.
We need not be concerned
that global exposure will affect
because if a person likes his
customs and cultures he will
follow whatever the matter is.

Task 4 Design Brief

My product will be a website because it can hold a lot of information

and a person can access his own selective information which he wants to know
, unlike in a youtube video.

So I am going to design and make a website using weebly. This will

have information about the religion, custom and population of believers. I
will try to make the website interactive. The website should surely contain the
main customs of jews. It will also contain historic rumors of Jews.

I will also keep a share button and persuade everyone to share the
website so that everyone will access.This website will also tell why learning
about the culture of jews is important because a few people did not know in
the interviws
