PROFILE
I am a proven leader with a positive attitude. I'm quick to learn and
master new procedures.
I'm highly organized as well as very efficient. Some of my previous
job titles have been: Assistance Coordinator at Road America,
Receptionist at West staff, Teacher/ Para Professional at Kids R
People 2 and Growing Room, and a Customer Service
Representative/Cashier at Winn-Dixie. I'm an excellent multi-tasker.
Skills

* Excellent multi-tasker, data entry, childcare (including special


needs children), and scheduling.
* Computers: Windows 98/2000, Windows XP, Word, and able to learn
new technology rapidly.

EXPERIENCE

Dispatcher: Road America 12/2008-07/2009

My duties at Road America was to dispatch calls that I had received


from stranded travelers. Once I received the information from the
traveler it was then my duty to find towing companies in their area
and see if they could assist with a tow, a tire change, jump start, or
a fuel delivery.

Reason for Leaving: I got laid off from Road America due to Call
Volume dropping. I started receiving unemployment for 08/2009-
Currently

Para Professional: Growing Room 02/2008-08/2008

My duties at Growing room was to assist the head teacher with the
children. I taught children of all backgrounds and nationalities how
to get along and communicate with one another. I taught children
skills that they would need later on in life such as their alphabet,
numbers, as well as their names.

Reason for Leaving: I stopped working at Growing Room because my class


schedules changed and it would interfere with my work schedule.

Teacher/Receptionist: Kids R People Too 05/2005-01/2008

When I first started working for Kids R People Too I started as a


Receptionist. I then prospered to with holding a teacher position. My
duties included teaching children right from wrong, their alphabet,
numbers, and safety skills.

Reason for Leaving: This was a seasonal Job. I worked when needed,
during school breaks, and in the afternoons.
Cashier: Winn-Dixie (08-04-2007-09-04-22-2007)

My main objective at Winn Dixie was cashiering. I greeted customers


and made sure that they had a pleasant shopping experience. My duties
included maintaining a clean working area, maintaining the correct
amount of money in my drawer, making sure that none of the groceries
that came through my line was damaged, as well as remembering what
exactly was on sale every week.

Reason for Leaving: I stopped working at Winn-Dixie because I moved


out of state.

GAP IN EMPLOYMENT

I stopped working in between jobs to continue schooling. I was


attending school in the classroom, but then switched to taking classes
online.
