This Excel and Manual calculation consisted of the followings:-

Mean: Mean is the sum of the amount divided by the value of the amount..
Median: Median is the mid value in which the set of number needs to be arranged

Mode: Mode is the most value in a set of number is called Mode..
Standard Deviation: Standard deviation is a measuremient to spread out the data that

is dispersed in relation to the mean value of the distribution.

In this bar chat above shows the ratio of male and


female in Segi university the no(1) indicates male and
no(2) represents female. So according to this bar chat
male ratio is higher than female ratio in Segi University.

others and 2nd is Bachelor Degree with 33%, on 3rd is

CORRELATION = -0.02343
The answer for correlation is -0.02343. This indicates a moderate positive relationship
between empowerment and accountability of employees on job satisfactory. Its show negative
(weak) correlation.

Conclusion:

The conclusion is divided to 2 different sections. The first would be about the bar
chart and second is pie chart of Gender and Education level respectively. In bar chart it shows
that male are more than female. And for second show that the Education level of others is
more than others degrees in Segi University.

As for the correlation of Empowerment and Accountability, the value -0.02324 suggests that

it had a moderate negative relationship. . This means the connection between them is quite

related but not VERY dependent on each other, only moderately dependent. The coefficient of

determination r = 0.408 which means only 40.8% of empowerment is related to

accountability. This is not a lot to base on since 60.2% of it is because of outside factors. We

can conclude that we need more factors to analyse and more samples to get a more accurate

and logical reading.
