PROVISIONAL SELECTION LISTS FOR MCA 2010 AT

Noida

Subsequent to counselling and verification of documents held on 12 & 13 July 2010 at Mesra,
Allahabad, Jaipur, Kolkata and Noida, the following are the lists of candidates provisionally
selected on merit for the full-time MCA –2010 Programme at NOIDA, based on their Total Score
in the MCA Online Entrance Test 2010. This list is being placed on the Notice Boards of the
Institute at NOIDA and on our website. The lists are in the order of BIT Registration Numbers for
convenience of candidates. All provisionally selected candidates are required to report in
person and take admission at Noida, during working hours on any working day from 15
July to 20 July 2010, failing which their admission offers will be cancelled. Details of
vacant seats if any will be notified on 20 July 2010 (Evening).

At the time of admission, selected candidates would be required to submit the following
documents in original, which will be retained by the Institute until completion of the course.
1. Pass Certificate and Marksheet of Class 10
2. Marksheet of Class 12 / Intermediate or equivalent
3. Marksheets of Graduation for graduates
4. Marksheets upto pre-final year for candidates graduating in 2010. They must also bring
the following:
a) A certificate in original from the Principal of their Institute stating that by
30 June 2010, they will have appeared for examination in all subjects required for
obtaining their Bachelor’s degree.
b) A certificate from the Principal certifying that they have obtained 60% marks or
equivalent (45% marks in case of SC/ST) based on latest available grades / marks
c) Undertaking – Please see below*
5. Candidates with qualifications acquired through correspondence or distance-
learning programmes must carry proof that they have acquired such qualifications
as working professionals / while in employment.
6. Admit Card & Score card of the MCA Online Entrance Test 2010
7. Caste certificate / special category certificate (if applicable), in proper format, signed by
appropriate authority
8. Two photographs identical to that affixed in the application form
9. CLC & Migration Certificate

*Provisionally selected candidates who are appearing for their final examinations in 2010 will be
required to submit an undertaking at the time of admission on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper,
countersigned by their guardian, to the effect that if they fail to obtain 60 % marks in Honours /
aggregate in graduation (45% for SC/ST) their admission will be cancelled. The deadline for
submission of mark-sheet / degree certificate is 31 October 2010, failing which the provisional
admission will be automatically cancelled. (Please see last page of MCA 2010 Application

Noida

Total fees payable at the time of admission to the MCA programme:

At the time of admission provisionally selected candidates will be required to deposit an amount
of Rs. 48,500 for admission at Noida. (Please see website for details). All payments must be
made by crossed demand draft in favour of Birla Institute of Technology, payable at
Noida.

Provisionally selected candidates are advised to carry a crossed Demand Draft for the requisite
amount to be deposited for admission.
