Reflection Notes:
- Need to either: emphasize reading procedure OR demo it!
- Inquiry style didnt work need to build up to it
- Handout is slightly confusing.
- Exit slips next time would be a good wrap up --- need to finish sooner
- Having more filter paper and lemon juice would be helpful
