EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Project report consists of brief description of company Vodafone South Ltd. south ltd
special focus on the human resources. My topic was recruitment and selection process in
insurance company along with the significant finding and suggestions that give idea how
many the employees in the company are satisfied and not satisfied with welfare facility
of the company. Recruitment is the process of searching the candidates for employment.
In other words recruitment is the activity that links employer and job seekers.

Recruitment procedure of Vodafone Telecom Company is very easy. A person with high
educating and well experience can be recruited after a personal interview and group
discussion. After the training Recruitment of candidates is the function preceding the
selection, which helps to create a pool of prospective employees for the organization so
the management can select the right candidate for the right job from this.

Recruitment is the continious process whereby the firm attempts to develop a pool of
qualified applicant for the future human resources needs even though specific vacancies
do not exist usually the recruitment process starts when a manager initiates an employee
requisition for a specific vac.
