Im not agree with most napoleonic rules about the rating of regular infantry
(only the regular, not for militia and volunteers), so I have changed the value
and I have removed the special rule of rally to them.
I could accept that value for same battles in the middle of the war, but not at the
beginning.

I have downgraded the foreign units to the same value of the regular infantry. I
cant find any reason for the differences (in most cases the foreign units were
composed of spanish soldiers, with the same tactics and weapons).

And I have rated the Guard like the Guards units of other countries.

Finally at the beginning of the war I have left the same ammunition for the
artillery.

If anyone wants to play with the units of the rules, downgrade the regular
infantry, remove the guard unit and add to foreign/guard units.
