1. Thardeep Rural Development Programme (2002 to 2014)


Worked on different Professional and Managerial positions in the organization and headed two sections
working for the rights of working children in four districts of Sindh and womens economic
empowerment through craft development programmes.
Played lead role in the process of strategic transformation to a child centred organization at both
programme and organizational levels
Advocated for the rights of educationally disadvantaged working children of Sindh Arid zones areas at
district, provincial and national level through researches and a replicable working models
Lead the child protection projects in emergencies and provided safe educational and recreational spaces
in emergencies to 160000 children in five districts of Sindh
2. Child Rights Movement National and Provincial (June 2012 to October 2013)
Took lead and formed a provincial alliance of civil society organization working on child rights and lead
the secretariat successfully for one year.
3. Pakistan Dalit Solidarity Network (2009 to date)
Volunteer member of PDSN and represented Pakistan Dalit women in UN HRC 23rd meeting at Geneva
